Before the final clean
- Contractors finished and debris hauled away
- Protective film and tape removed

- Ceilings, fans and light fixtures dusted
- Vents and returns wiped
- Walls and trim wiped of dust and marks
- Doors, frames and hardware wiped
- Shelves, ledges and window sills wiped
- Inside cabinets and closets wiped
Kitchens and bathrooms
- Cabinet fronts and interiors cleaned
- Counters, sinks and fixtures polished
- Appliances wiped and stickers removed
- Tubs, showers, tile and toilets scrubbed
- Mirrors and glass cleaned
Windows and floors
- Window glass, tracks and sills cleaned
- Paint and adhesive specks removed where safe
- Floors vacuumed and mopped edge to edge
- Hard floors checked for residue

- Final walkthrough with the site lead
- Punch list of any items for the contractor
- Photos of the finished space

- Ask us to schedule the final clean after punch-list items are done
- Large debris and hauling should be handled by your contractor before we start
- Plan a touch-up visit a few days later for dust that settles
