A clean home looks good from the doorway. A properly cleaned home holds up when you open the oven, run a hand along a baseboard, or check behind the toilet. Our 75-point inspection exists so nothing depends on luck or on how tired anyone is at the end of a shift.

The checklist covers eight areas: kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, entryways and hallways, floors, windows and glass, and a final walkthrough. Each point is a specific, checkable task, not a vague instruction like 'clean the kitchen'.

Every job gets the inspection, whether it is a one-time clean, a weekly visit, a move-out, or a commercial space. Commercial and specialty jobs add their own requirements on top, and we confirm those with you during the walkthrough.

How we use it

• The checklist is built into the job. Cleaners work through it as they go instead of saving it for the end.
• Before leaving, the cleaner runs the final walkthrough and checks the finished work against the list.
• Anything that misses the standard gets fixed on the spot, before the job is closed out.
• For commercial, restaurant, nightclub and post-construction work, we add property-specific points after the walkthrough so the list fits the space.

Kitchen 12 points

• Stovetop and burners wiped, no residue
• Oven front, handle and control knobs wiped
• Range hood exterior and filter cover wiped
• Microwave interior and exterior cleaned
• Refrigerator exterior, handles and gaskets wiped
• Countertops cleared, cleaned and dried
• Backsplash wiped free of splatter
• Sink and faucet scrubbed and shined
• Cabinet fronts and pulls spot-cleaned
• Small appliances wiped on the outside
• Trash and recycling bins emptied and wiped
• Kitchen floor swept and mopped to the edges

Bathrooms 11 points

• Toilet bowl, seat, lid and base cleaned
• Toilet tank and handle wiped
• Sink basin and faucet scrubbed and polished
• Vanity countertop cleared and wiped
• Mirrors streak-free
• Shower walls and door cleaned
• Tub cleaned, drain area free of visible debris
• Chrome and fixtures polished
• Towel bars and toilet paper holders wiped
• Bathroom trash emptied
• Bathroom floor mopped, corners and behind toilet checked

Living areas 9 points

• Surfaces dusted, including tables and shelves
• Sofa and chair cushions vacuumed and straightened
• Decor and picture frames dusted and returned in place
• Baseboards wiped
• Light switches and outlet covers wiped
• Ceiling fan blades and light fixtures dusted
• TV stand and electronics dusted
• Door handles and frames wiped
• Trash emptied and liners replaced

Bedrooms 9 points

• Beds made or linens straightened
• Nightstands and dressers dusted
• Mirrors and glass surfaces streak-free
• Lamp shades and fixtures dusted
• Headboards and bed frames wiped
• Closet doors and handles wiped
• Baseboards wiped
• Under-bed edges vacuumed where reachable
• Bedroom trash emptied

Entryways and hallways 6 points

• Entry door and handle wiped
• Door mat shaken or vacuumed
• Entry floor swept and mopped
• Hallway baseboards and corners free of dust
• Wall switches and thermostat covers wiped
• Coat closet doors and handles wiped

Floors 10 points

• Hard floors swept in every room
• Hard floors mopped with no streaks or pooled water
• Carpets and rugs vacuumed edge to edge
• Floor edges and corners detailed
• Under movable furniture checked where reachable
• Stair treads vacuumed or swept
• Stair railings and spindles wiped
• Threshold strips and door tracks cleared
• Floor vents and grates wiped
• Pet hair removed from floors and rugs

Windows and glass 8 points

• Interior window glass cleaned and streak-free
• Window sills wiped
• Window tracks cleared of loose debris
• Sliding glass doors cleaned
• Glass door panels and handles wiped
• Interior glass on cabinets and displays wiped
• Blinds dusted
• Fingerprints removed from glass surfaces

Final walkthrough 10 points

• Every room checked against the list before we leave
• Trash bags removed from the property
• Cleaning materials and tools collected
• Lights and fans returned to how we found them
• Doors and windows locked or secured as directed
• No streaks, smudges or missed spots on visible surfaces
• Furniture and decor returned to place
• Floors checked for leftover debris
• Odor check completed in every room
• Inspection sheet completed and signed off
