Our services
We provide residential, commercial, restaurant, nightclub, post-construction and move-out cleaning, on one-time, weekly and monthly schedules. Service availability may vary by location.
Quotes
Quotes are free and are based on your property's square footage and the service requested. A quote is an estimate. We confirm the scope with you at a walkthrough before your booking date.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once we agree the date and details with you. We may need to adjust details if the scope of work differs from what was described.
Payment
We accept card, Zelle, Venmo and ACH/wire. We do not accept cash or checks. Payment terms are confirmed with you as part of your booking.
Access and safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time and to tell us about pets, hazards or special requirements in advance.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please contact us as early as possible at +1 (346) 646-6189 if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will confirm any applicable terms with you when you book.
Our standards
Every job is completed with our 75-point inspection. If you believe something was missed, contact us promptly so we can look into it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bethel J Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
